This isn't just a second hand buying and selling operation, care is taken to ensure all products perform as close as possible to new (or better than new if modified).

We make buying pre-owned audio equipment much less of a lottery as you get the evidence that it will perform as stated plus we are always here to provide a full back-up service should that be necessary.

​

Being pre-owned equipment there will always be the odd mark or scratch and restoring 100% cosmetic condition is generally not cost effective. There are many low cost and easy-to-use 'cover up' solutions available (even a humble permanent marker pen works quite well on casework) so, in most cases, any such work is left up to the purchaser. If there are any significant shortcomings in performance or appearance these are disclosed in the full item description and/or condition pictures.
